The Liberty Trade International in Receivership Estate is now closed.

Two distributions were processed in April 2009 and October 2011. Investors who received checks and were unable to cash prior to the cutoff or Investors who were due monies and did not receive checks should wait until approximately mid-May 2012 and then send a written request to the Court referencing the case name and number.  The request should be sent to the Civil Clerk:
